Promare (2019) Japanese

In this dystopian world, some were chosen to have fire burn within them. This set a revolution, where those with those powers were shunned from society, hunted and captured by the government. The new firefighter is awarded by the mayor (his hero), a medallion for his bravery when he defeated and captured the remaining fire people. But was this the right thing? Seems like, he only had seen a part of the whole truth.
I don't think you know how much I've been dying to see this movie. The moment my hundreds of followed art instagram accounts began posting characters from this movie, man, I had my expectations set so high. Thank god that didn't ruin my viewing experience. Also, I have never seen "Deus Ex Machina" used in the best possible way.

My Hero Academia- Shie Hassaikai Arc (2019-2020)

So the fourth season of My Hero Academia is finished... Here are my thoughts. I don't know how much will be considered a spoiler so... You've been warned.
The Shie Hassaikai Arc is so far one of my favorites. Here, There has been a tip off of a villain group hiding underground. A drug being passed around had the power to temporary wipe away the quirk of an individual. And then, during a patrol, Deku bumps into a frightened girl, associated with said villain. Operation save the girl ensues.
We are introduced to the big three of UA in this arc which is so amazing. They are some strong characters that keep the story moving along nicely. And the ultimate battle has me shook to my toes. Also, side note, Tamaki Amajiki is my spirit animal.

My Hero Academia- U.A. School Festival Arc (2020)

Am I milking it for the lack of things i watched this month? Yes. Is this necessary? Probably not.
It's the school festival! The class of 1A are preparing the most epic performance of their life, to knock the socks off of students and special visitors alike. We get so many fan servicey moments; I don't have enough fingers to count them all. Also, could there be a low level villain attempting to disturb their peace?
I thought it was really fun of a story arc, a nice breather after such an epic battle in the previous one. Plus, Hawks finally makes his appearance (which, I mean, about time). This one was quite emotional too, so prepare some tissues.

Solo Leveling- Season 1 (2019) Korean

It's so good
Both a comic and a novel, Solo Leveling is one hell of a journey. The art in the comic is absolutely gorgeous, every action detailed out onto the pages. The novel, well, it is translated from Korean, so the English is not the most advanced.
We are set in a world where monsters enter Earth through gates. Hunters, who have been randomly chosen and awakened, are the only ones capable of entering said gates to eliminate the threats. These hunters are set in skill; no one can strenghen themselves, or weaken themselves. All except our main man, who had unlocked a mysterious mission that allowed him to level up. He may have been called the world's weakest hunter, but not for long.
